We strongly urge you to order a free fabric sample before placing an order for curtains as images are not necessarily a true representation of colour & pattern

Please double check your measurements are correct, as made to measure curtains, voiles & blinds cannot be returned. Nor can fabrics, nets and any altered products.

Ready made curtains & voile panels

Ready made curtains, voile panels and accessories will not pattern match from one pair to another. They may also be different colours

All ready made curtain and voile panel sizes are approximate and unless you are having them altered to your exact drops could be as much as 2" (5 cm) out. Also the widths may vary be up to 3" (7.5 cm)

Made to measure curtains and blinds

Made to measure curtains & Romans over a certain size will have joins in them.

Blackout Roman blinds will have the occasional pin prick size hole letting light through.

Patterns on Roman blinds may not be straight and will often run out. We do our best to make them look as straight as possible. We will choose whether the pattern runs out at the top, bottom or the sides depending on which looks best. If you have a preference then please get in touch

Please note we do not recommend any fabrics go on pale coloured leather furniture. This is due to the chemcials in the leather reacting to the dye in the fabric which can lead to staining.

By using Curtains Curtains Curtains it will be considered that you fully understand and agree with all conditions and terms listed.

Refunds & Returms

In the event we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered, if you do not agree with the delivery times.

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing (email) within 14 working days from the day after receiving the goods (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric and net curtains) All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. you may return an item (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products, cut length fabric and net curtains) as long as it is within 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty goods. Unwanted goods must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled. You will be liable for the return delivery costs for unwanted goods.

Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?

All orders are sent via a carrier.

If you are happy for it to be left with a neighbour, then type this in the delivery instructions.

Alternatively why not get them sent to your work address?

Which Courier do you Use?

We have tried and tested various delivery companies and have found DPD to offer the best service.

If you give us your email address and mobile number when you order your curtains, DPD will email and/or text you on the morning of delivery to advise of a one hour delivery time slot.

If you will be out, it is quite easy to arrange delivery for another day via their website.

Returns & Refund

Our Made to Measure Curtains are produced to the highest quality. In fact, we are so confident of the workmanship put into our curtains that we provide all of our Made to Measure customers with a 10-year guarantee.

Conditions of Guarantee
  • You must comply with our fitting and maintenance instructions.
  • All curtains are for internal use and for the purpose provided only.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
  • Washing the curtains voids the warranty.
  • Fading is not covered by the guarantee.

Please note that Curtains Curtains Curtains is not able to guarantee exact matches to samples ordered. In addition, natural variations in colour, texture and grain due to manufacturing are to be expected and are not covered by the guarantee.

Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?

All orders are sent via a carrier.

If you are happy for it to be left with a neighbour, then type this in the delivery instructions.

Alternatively why not get them sent to your work address?

Which Courier do you Use?

We have tried and tested various delivery companies and have found DPD to offer the best service.

If you give us your email address and mobile number when you order your curtains, DPD will email and/or text you on the morning of delivery to advise of a one hour delivery time slot.

If you will be out, it is quite easy to arrange delivery for another day via their website.

Returns & Refund

cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing (email) within 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric and net curtains) All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. You will be liable for the return delivery costs

Please make sure you email or telephone us before returning any goods

You may return an item (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric and net curtains) as long as it is within 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods. Unwanted goods (not faulty goods), must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled. You will be liable for the return delivery costs on unwanted goods.

Our Made to Measure Curtains are produced to the highest quality. In fact, we are so confident of the workmanship put into our curtains that we provide all of our Made to Measure customers with a 10-year guarantee.

Conditions of Guarantee
  • You must comply with our fitting and maintenance instructions.
  • All curtains are for internal use and for the purpose provided only.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
  • Washing the curtains voids the warranty.
  • Fading is not covered by the guarantee.

Please note that Curtains Curtains Curtains is not able to guarantee exact matches to samples ordered. In addition, natural variations in colour, texture and grain due to manufacturing are to be expected and are not covered by the guarantee.
